Return & Refund
At BONVRANO, our goal is to provide you with reliable UPF 50+ protection that keeps you comfortable and happy. If you are not satisfied, simply return any unworn merchandise in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be returned within 15 days from the original purchase date.
All items must be unused, in a resaleable condition with ALL tags attached, for a return to be accepted.
Hygiene panty liner sticker must be in tact with no signs of being removed – this is a very important hygiene requirement
The cost of delivery for returns is not covered by BONVRANO, but we will cover the cost of delivering your replacement goods.
Returns will be handled as soon as possible upon their arrival in our warehouse, this may take up to 10 business days. Credit card refunds will appear on your next billing cycle.
You have 2 weeks to pay for the item to be returned or item will be disposed of by BONVRANO.
BONVRANOwill not be responsible for the cost of returning items that do not meet the conditions above.
